Hi All, Below is the e-mail that I sent out to the volunteers in our program. Just in case the volunteers didn't get this through their e-mail account, you can find the important announcements for our program below. Thanks, Dear Volunteers, Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving weekend with family and/or friends! As the end of this semester draws near (this week is the last week of conversation sessions unless you have make-up sessions), I would like to thank all the volunteers for your time and support to our students this semester. Due to several incidents and accidents over the the course of this semester, I was unable to stop by each conversation group to get to know the group members on a more personal level as I had originally planned. However, from stopping by several groups and hearing from students in our program, I know that there were many meaningful and fun discussions. I would like to thank you for your understanding, patience, cooperation and support throughout the semester. I look forward to having you join us again next semester. Volunteer Sign-Up for next semester will be available around the third week of January and an e-mail will be sent to current volunteers. On another note, I have several very important announcements regarding our program so please read the corresponding paragraphs to the following announcements very carefully: 1) End-of-Semester Social: December 7, 2012 (4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.) in the Multipurpose Room in St. Mary's Hall.
