For native Chinese speakers in the ESOL conversation
program, we are starting a Chinese- English language exchange with the Chinese Language Department and the Confucius Institute. If you don't have a conversation partner but still want one, this is a good chance to get one. You will be matched up with a student studying Chinese and meet with him/her at least once a week for one hour. During that session, 30 minutes would be speaking in English and 30 minutes would speaking in Chinese. If you are interested in doing this, please e-mail [email protected] with your name and UID #.
